Kirkegårdsvegen 14 is a dignified villa, located in the old part of Tromsø, just 5-10 minutes walk from the city center and the most important public transport alternatives. The house was built in 1921, by architect Theodor Amundsen and his brother, mason Peter Amundsen. Theodor Amundsen designed many of the most well-known buildings in the area, and he used this particular house as his private residence. It was given the name «Nora heimen», which means «Nora’s home», named after his wife.
The neighborhood is a quite family friendly area, with open areas and short distance to outdoor areas for short trips by foot or skiing.
The apartment is over two levels, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a utility room. Outside there is a small lawn and a patio, and in the main floor there is a balcony which is away from the main street.
